Dry kit Lean spike ???
This lean spike is effecting the 60' greatly it has seen some mid to high 1.3's
and now high 1.4's to 1.5's. We have not changed anything with the car.
Could the MAF go bad? or take longer to read the N20 coming in?
I have a different MAF to try when the temp. gets below 100*
Not only is this hurtinng my times but it might end up hurting the motor also.
Thanks for any help.
You could just clean the MAF wires and try that. Also did the trajectory of the nozzle shift at all? You may want to turn it a lil one way or another.
Then...be sure its not a fuel delivery problem...be absolutely sure! Pump crapping out...regulator? fuel filter?
Can you auto tap a run on juice to see whats going on?
I have a walbro intank with a hot wire kit. The fuel pressure does drop when the N20 hits but it always has. It drops like 3-4 psi and holds there through the run.
I am going to change my fuel filter after reading your concerns.
It has to be that the MAF is not seeing the N20 fast enough and correcting right?
We cant just dump a bunch of fuel in it at say 3000 rpms for the hit because when the MAF does see it the it will be way rich right? I think it all happens to fast to be corrected that way.
and like I said this just started happening
I actually do think you could tune it out via LS1edit or HP tuners...but I would try to nail down what changed first.
