I am in the process of throwing a nitrous set up on my car and my IAT sensor is located right where I really would like to place the nozzle. Obviously, I don't want to spray before the IAT. Am I going to have distribution problems if I place the nozzle in closer to the TB past the IAT sensor?

You will not have a problem placing it closer to the throttle body.
