Corvette (TPS or WOT Switch?)
He said it is like $75-80. What do you guys think? Is this any better, more full proof in terms of errors. If money was no object which route would you take.
Thanks
Gary
oh Ya I ran a 7.38 at 93.50 MPH last week at the track (just go sometimes) . I am gonna be fast when I add this Nitrous.
I am already cleaning the shelves off so I have some room to put the trophies on.
The TPS can be problematic, whereas, the wot sw is fool proof. Also cleaner install with a wot under throotle pedal.
Yep, you gona be fast, I hit a 94.76 tonight, and a new best ET on a half full bottle and a small hit. You got to your 1/8 mph quicker than I did though. What kind of 60'er did you get? I had a 1.692.
Robert
I have not had any calls about this being a problem, but based on how the ECU works as far as controlling the throttle I personally would not want to chance it.

Robert, my 7.38 at 93.50 MPH I had a 60' of either 1.65 or 1.68 on my BFG Drag Radials (295/35/18).
OK, I just ran and got the slip here it is EXACTLY:
60' 1.6735
330 ft 4.7608
1/8 ET 7.3852
1/8 MPH 93.48
I will maybe run 6.8 at 100 MPH on a 100 shot????

On the pass. side 6 wire connector when un hooked and switch is on all have 0v except green has just over 5v and yellow has 4.9_ v. Voltage does not change as throttle is depressed.
When both sides are connected the throttle plate opens & closes when the gas pedal is pressed.

Now I want to find matching male & female 6-wire connectors so I can make a connector to plug in between the factory plug and the throttle body and bring my wire off of the connector. I prefer not to splice into the factory wiring. That way when I take the system off I can just plug the factory connector back in.
Does anyone know where to get the weather pack connectors?
