You can go either way, a little research will help. Nitro Dave has a add on kit to convert dry to wet, and includes everything needed, if you go that route.

You can get 150hp out of either kit, you just have to jet for it. Pick your poison, dry is a little cheaper generally. What dry kit do you have? I can give the jet size for 100rwhp if ya want. Also what car and mods?

What size injectors do you have? Any other mods?

Not sure if Edelbrock rates at crank or rw (sorry Vic and crew). Pump is a good idea, however, it isn't pressure so much as volume. 28lb injectors should be finr for your hit, but should log to make sure.

Yup, like Robert said log your injector duty cycle if you do go with a dry kit. It's the only way to know for 100% if you need larger injectors or not. The fuel pump is a real good idea too; take a look at the Racetronix kits. They are an easy "plug and play" system. More info:

Thanks,
Matt

Some kits rate at the crank and some at rear wheels, so there is aprox a 15% difference with the crank hp being the lesser of the two. we need to know how Edelbrock rates their kits. But the answer is, yes, a dry can be jetted to the same rear wheel horse power as a wet kit. there are variables between kits/cars, and the only real way to know for sure is to jet on a dyno to your hp you want. with that said if you can find how edelbrock rates I can get you in the ballpark and give you the math to figure what you want.

The dry kit can give the same amount of HP with the right pills. However it will not get the torque or as good of performance shot for shot that a wet kit will.

If you do not have the money to do the swap just run what you have. That way when you do get the money for the swap and convert you can see the knight and day difference.LOL

You normally come out better selling your dry set up and starting over with a quality NX kit.
