Default BMN = The DEFINITION Of Customer Service!

As some of you know, I had a minor problem with the BMN rpm window switch I got for my nitrous system (it worked fine, but the 1st Gear Lockout feature wasn't functioning). Bill, head honcho at BMN, saw my post and offered to send me a new rpm window switch. Well, he not only sent me the new switch, but he sent it to me via Next Day Air at no charge to me because he knew I was scheduled to race tomorrow (Friday) night!

That's what I call going above and beyond. Kudos to Bill and the rest of the BMN team for their great customer service and for backing up their products the way they do.

I'm happy to report that the new rpm window switch is working perfectly!

Bill,

If you're reading this, the old switch will be en route to you tomorrow morning via Priority Mail. Thanks again, amigo!

Yep. I'm glad you steered me in the right direction when I purchased my system and accessories from you, Dave.

For those that may be thinking about getting their first nitrous system or upgrading their current one, I highly recommend Nitro Dave/Nitrous Outlet.

The 1st Gear Lockout feature is AWESOME!

First time I tried it out, I seriously barked the tires when the tranny shifted into 2nd gear and the nitrous hit! I can't wait to get to the drag strip tonight!

I know I'm going to get kicked out for going too fast (I don't have a roll cage), but that's fine with me. Better to be sent home for going too fast than too slow!

No problem. Yeah, get it taken care of. You'll appreciate the 1st Gear Lockout feature at the drag strip if you're having traction problems.

Well, my drag strip experience totally sucked last night. I got there, made a single NA shakedown run and that was the end of our night.

First, a Toyota MR2 spewed ATF down the length of the track and it took them over an hour to clean it all up, then their timing equipment went on the blink and after screwing with it for about an hour they finally gave up, refunded our entry fee, and sent us all home.

I'm going to go back tomorrow (Sunday) and try again.

The bright side to this is at least the track officials spotted the spill before anyone ran into it.

One of the main things I worry about is "losing it" half way down the strip.

Neither. Right after I made that run, I packed up my stuff and bolted before anyone got a chance to yell at me.
