Nitro Dave Comes Through Again! The last piece of my jigsaw puzzle/nitrous system, the remote bottle opener, arrived this afternoon via UPS 2nd Day Air thanks to Nitro Dave/Nitrous Express. They had been backordered when I first placed my order and Dave rushed one to me when they finally came in so I'd have it for tonight when I go racing. Thanks, Dave! 
I had everything prewired so all I had to do this afternoon was mount the bottle opener and connect the wires. I'm pleased to report that it's working perfectly and no leaking when it's closed. Cool!

Well, it wasn't to be last night. I got there, made one NA "shakedown" run and that was the end of our night. 
First, a Toyota MR2 spewed ATF down the length of the track and it took them over an hour to clean it all up, then their timing equipment went on the blink and after screwing with it for about an hour they finally gave up, refunded our entry fee, and sent us all home.
I'm going to go back tomorrow (Sunday) and try again.
