Default Help me decide please...N20 v. FI

This is for a C5. The racing season is getting close and I really need more more more! I plan on going forged later with a big blower/turbo however I need something now and I can't afford to do all of it at the moment. Can ya'll please give me your insight on these options for now? Thanks!

Note, I have 410s, LGM LTs and VaraRam now and am at 350rwhp. Anyone run 410s with FI? I've heard of some but not many. My ultimate goal is to end up forged with a big blower or turbo.

1.) Cartek 3X kit and add 100 shot. Heads can be used later with 346 or 383 forged. Can always add the N20 on top of whatever.

2.) Just a blower and sell it later when going forged, buy a bigger one. Problem with this is I'll still have to buy the heads and will drastically increase cost.

3.) Just N20 with say, a 200 shot. Minimal cost now.

Whatcha think? I wanna stay around the 550 hp range since I haven't replaced clutch or tranny yet. Anyone still running stock clutch with this power?

Thanks ya'll!

200 is pushing it with stock parts. stick to 125-150hp or you will need more new parts!
Its well worth doing! Check this video out of the dynotune kit on a c5. http://www.dynotunenitrous.com/store...ideo_150hp.wmv

I would do the 200 shot in multi stage or progressive. Your motor will survive that way, if you decide to go that big. Stock clutch will be very questionable at these levels. A Z06 clutch on the other hand can take a little spraying, 80 passes on 100/200 shot, and then sold it to Camaro guy who is racing it still. I have made my vette into a 10sec bone stock longblock, on the spray. Now this is with an LS6 though, but there are many doing the bigger shots 150+, on the LS1s. Best bang for the buck, for sure.
