the 5176 dry LT1 kit has a fuel pressure regulator thet spikes the fuel pressure to provide the enrichment when you spray.
the 5177 kit just sprays through the Maf sensor and the PCM adds the fuel by upping the pulse width to the injectors.
you would need to get the NOS FP Regulator and i think the wiring maybe a little diff. to make the 5177 work on an LT1.

the 05176 also comes with an inline fuel pump for the LT1. and it's not a FP regulator. it's a type of jetting block that goes between two n2o solenoids that sends n2o to the factory regulator to hold it shut until 72psi. you buy a different jet block if you want to increase/decrease the hp level.

So "Jetting" block is what they are calling the jet "T" now Heck at least they are admiting it exists now The first kits did not have them. After NOS was bought out they knew almost nothing about this kit. I had to go to Edelbrock to get information on more jetting!
OH Yeah I have one of the early kits from like 1995 or so WITH jetting
There IS a regulator that controls N2O going to the FPR along with a jet. If there was not a regulator a few things would happen. First you would probably lock the injectors (if using stock) next you would be pooring N2O into the intake through the FPR vacuum line at the rate of what ever the jet is
Either way...Engine go boom fast I ran a ATI pump from my blower kit on mine. I now have a racetronix kit installed You DO need the pump to get the pressure up. The stock one wont take it.
Good luck!
