Default Methanol and Nitrous

Is it fine to use both at the same time? If not why not?

dont you need diffrent noids though? i was always under the assumption that if you ran meth through a gas noid your going to have problems. but that is if your using a gas noid

Correct. You will use a different solenoid than the standard gas solenoid.

Remember methanol is corrosive and will corrode everything that is not stainless steel or compatible with it. Special methanol/alcohol solenoids will be needed.

You will also want to take a look at your system and what you are running the meth through, when left sitting it absorbs water and can gel and corrode. Flushing and pickeling a system after methanol use is a good idea.

pickleing a system is more applied to cars that sit during the winter when not being raced. flushing the system with fuel or water what ever it was meant to normally flow, and leaving it in there which is sometimes done to avoid cracking and drying etc.. just in general terms whether u r talking about the methanol lines themselves, or injectors, etc
