I believe I used a 52" or 51.75". I have both crank & alt. underdrive pulleys though. I'm going with a electric water pump so I will just have to run a belt from the crank to the alternator.

yeah your right, i just saw the AN male/male fitting and threw it on the 2 port manifold...there is the right connection in the kit if i remember right

i haven't even opened the entire thing, i just saw the fitting and went "oh! one quick thing i can throw on!"

i'm just mocking everything up right now, before i seal and tighten everything

thanks again andrew

p.s., how is the car to drive w/o power steering?

i've driven old trucks and a 70's style vette w/o power steering...i didn't know if those fat tires made it hard

arm strong steering! the more you steer, the stronger your arms get!

With the skinnies it not a problem driving, with the 275s it sucks, so I sold them. I was to the point of almost bending the steering wheel in parking lots.

Cheater, now that I think of it I went 51" or something like that. Stock pullies should be about 52-52.5.

right before the noids is best, that way you'll catch debri from supply line and fittings, compared to having it at bottle.

okay, so I went to thread my nitrous pressure sending unit onto the bottle, but the hole on the bottle is alot bigger than the threaded part on the sending unit. I guess I need an AN adaptor, but the only shop that I know of intown with AN fittings didn't have one

so I need a large male and a smaller female type AN fitting

suggestions? or anyplace else I can thread that sending unit?

You need a nitrous manifold, which fits in between the nitrous line and the bottle. And on the sides of the manifold there are usually one or two 1/8"npt ports for accessories such as nitrous gauges and bottle heater solenoids.

bottle heater instructions say to mount the relay as close to the bottle as possible....is it still okay to put the relays all in the engine compartment? and just run the power line back to the heater?

A pipe thread adapter is what you need. prob a 1/8 x 1/16 or 1/8 by 1/4.

I always put mine in engine bay with the others. Why at the bottle I don't know, just more wiring and longer runs? the amp load line is the same whether in engine bay or at bottle, but 12v ign activation line will need to be much longer at bottle. Maybe someone has insight as to why they rec to have it at heater?

so deciding to mount all of my relays in the engine bay has left me with a lot of wires to run through the firewall, but i don't know where to run them?

if i have to drill a hole, its goina be pretty big?

robert--whats the point of the relays in the engine bay if you still end up running the larger power wires into the car? like for my heater and opener?

i'm half tempted to run the wires out through the plug near the front of the drivers seat, under the car and up into the entire bay, since i'm mounted all of the relays on the drivers side...

any big problems as long as i have everything kept tied up?

she doesn't see cold or anything, so i don't see how it could damage the wires

I would drill a hole into the eninge bay before doing that. I bet you could drill an inconspicous hole next to where the hood cable goes through the firewall.

i f*cking hate this car and how there is no way to run wires through the firewall w/o drilling a big freaking hole in the car

i drilled 2 holes side by side, and dremeled out the middle part, so basically I have an oval, so the rubber groments wont fit
