What does it mean when you see -3an and D-3an sizes whats the difference bwtween the two? Male/Female?

Nothing they are the same. D = Dash and - = Dash

Thanks! Seen lines listed both ways on one of the sponsors web sites and was wondering about it, guess it's a typo because some of the listings had both a D and a - (example D-3). Thanks for clearing this up for me I was confused
