"Your engine bay looks too clean, was your car wrecked and you had the engine bay clear coated??? Looks great!"

LMAO

No wrecks thank God, When I clean my engine, I cover the PCM and use Black Magic engine cleaner, then spray a fine mist of WD-40 on everything (from my motocross days-everything gets WD-40). Let it sit for a few hours, then wipe it down. It does collect road grime faster, but I drive a beater for my commute, and my car is really more for the track, so it doesn't get driven much.

Dave, I am at work tonight, stay tuned and I will post pics of plumbing tomorrow.

Clean setup. I've ordered a bunch of stuff from Dave and I will say that he is the man. Although I've never really considered myself a nut swinger . He's always been available when I had questions or concerns. Matter of fact that reminds me I need a few pieces to finish off my install guess I better get on the phone.

Dave:

I apologize for not getting the pics of my install to you yet. I'll get you some of the finished pics when I get back to work next week. I'm in Baltimore for the next couple of days at a seminar.

Have a good weekend everyone..............................

Thats the piont. He used one of our hidden Dry Halo systems with one of our custom built wiring harnesses.. However to pull it off you have to do a clean install and mount everything correctly. He did a good job doing this and you can tell by the picture.

You will under stand more if he post more detailed behind the scene pictures.LOL

Here are a couple more pictures of my solenoid. The solenoid rests on top of the AC condenser with thick foam tape between the two surfaces. The main N20 feed line comes up in front of the condenser, and the line to the spray bar tucks down into the space between the condenser and the radiator. I cut and filed one of the plastic fins to get the solenoid to fit, and drilled thru two of them to route the line to the spray bar.

bad6as: here is a link to Dave's kit http://www.nitrousoutlet.com/outlet/...&section_id=88
I will tell you that I got a lot of extra stuff: trick switch, two mounting brackets (hump as shown and the spare tire mounting bracket), custom hardware for my blowdown tube to fit under the rear seat, extra jets, racetronix fuel pump, and the custom wiring harness. All and all a little over a thousand dollars. You can't put a price on Dave's tech support, he was awesome.

Silver 00 SS: it is a stock paper filter. For this spray bar you come up thru the airbox, and I didn't want to use my K&N for the first attempt.

What are we looking at man. The Halo dry shot from Dave?

How safe is it to have that bottle in the passenger compartment? Will you pass a NHRA tech. inspection with the bottle in that location? Finally, did you buy the bottle mounting bracket (stainless steel it looks like) or fabricate it? Thanks!

As long as you have a blow down tube that exits the nitrous outside of the passenger compartment its good to go.

Nice looking system and good job on the install.

Yes it will pass tech as long as you have a blow down tube. We build and sell the tunnel brackets. They are 59.95.
