MS3. It is bigger than the x4 and will gain more than it on spray.

MS3 is 237/242 .603/.609 113+0

and the x4 is similar with 8 degrees split on the duration and lift. I don't want to give the numbers out, but you are close. The 113 LSA on the MS3 makes it better on spray.

I am running the MS3 and going to be spraying 150 dry. I will post on the results once the track opens.

I love my MS3 and I think you would too. I think it will be the best daily driver cam out of all your choices. With a dry 150 and this cam you will deffinatly have to go with larger injectors and a fuel pump. When I put in my MS3 my 26.6 injectors maxxed out with just a little 35-45 dry shot. In full street trim the runs 10.60s@130-132 on a 150rwhp shot through 2.5" duals.

I sold my NX wet kit and I am going with Nitro Dave's Halo Kit with the dry spray bar. I have 42lb FMS injectors, Walbro 340m in tank, Walbro 255 inline, and a Casper Fuel Pump Hotwire kit wired in to the in tank pump. I figure it should be enough for a 150 single stage dry shot.

That should be more than enough fuel. My little Walbro 255 is supporting a 225 off the rails with a hotwire kit and voltage blaster.
