Default TNT Power Ring vs. Dave's Plate

Help! I need any comments and suggestions. I want pro's and cons for BOTH.

Im doing a wet kit conversion from a dry kit, so I have all things up to the main feed line. I need some nozzle's, solenoids, some hoses, and that leaves it up to this, the ring or the plate.

Thanks for the time!

Lets see:
The plate fits nicely, the ring dosn't. Hell you have to cut up your lid just to get the thing in there.

Daves plate looks real nice. I have not seen any numbers on it yet but it looks promising.

Really.....that's interesting, because mine fit just fine and I never came close to needing to cut my lid.

I am just talking from my own experience. Maibe they redesigned their rings, but the kit I purchased 3 years ago had problems. That's why I sold it.

TNT's new ring fits fine, the old problem of fit is history, and not a valid complaint any longer, problem solved. Dave's plate is fine also. generally the TNT kits will put down bigger numbers than any other, comparing hit size to hit size.

NEVER2ND-my t.n.t ring fits flawless w/no modding. giving false info.
ROBERT56-please don't talk about the power t.n.t puts down, because someone will just start to CRY that the t.n.t jets are bigger or find another reason why their kit don't make as much power as the t.n.t kit does.

I am glad they fixed the problem then. I would still go NX.

Either system is made of good quality parts.. If you do a search you will see dyno results of our plate system.. We are on our second batch of 20 now so I would say the plates are pretty well liked...

If I can do anything to help you out let me know.
Dave
