Default Life expectancy of Solenoids and used n2o kits in general?

Hey everyone,

I am seeing SO many used n2o kits for sale; I'm wondering what the life expectancy is of the various parts? Quite a few TNT f1/f2 kits and NX dual nozzles for sale here on the boards. Is it a smart move? Would you buy used?

The only parts to show wear would be the solenoids and switchs. Yes i would buy used if the price is cheap enough. The cost needs to be enough savings to be
worth rebuilding the noids and replacing the WOT and the window for me.

If it is a NX kit they have a lifetime warrenty on the solenoids. So you can send them in to be looked at and repaired if needed for free. Warrenty does not cover the coil.
Also if you need advive wjile looking at a dry kit feel free to hit me up. Lots of people do.

Rescue Ranger, I would only buy used if I knew whom I was buying from. Most of the time in those used sales, you are left without electrical, jets, and sometime other pieces that are needed to install a kit properly.

Either of the kits you have mention would be fine, and I know board sponsors sales them pretty right these days.

A nitrous solenoid if maintain properly should last as long as you want them to. And with the NX lifetime warranty if you happen to wear it out, or run into problems, feel free to send it in and get an overhaul..

Hope this helps.

No,
The average NX kit comes with 300 hp solenoids with the purge port desighn. About the size of your fist.

The cold fusion come with tiny 200 HP solenoids about the size of your thumb. No purge port desighn..

Ofcourse starting somewhere around February all NX kits will have the new Lightning solenoids.. Hole different ball game.LOL
