on this wiring diagram-
Question 1-
To get the 12volt battery (not ignition) do i have to put a wire directly onto the battery and run it to the relay????
Question 2-
When i run the wire to the window switch (MSD digital window switch) do i run to the switches ground or power? also how do i know how to put it on always off or always on?

1) Yes, follow the diagram
2)follow the diagram-mind you the ws diagram is not complete, the tach signal, power and ground still need to be hooked up foe the ws to work.
you want the ws to complete the ground so you put it on the "always off"- NO(normally open).IIRC it was the yellow wire on the ws.
