Many thanks, we owe you a beer! We just emailed Holley about this.

Now, the green LED light on the controller will not come on, but the red LED light does come on.

Red led is stage 2 set point has been met.
No green the tps setting is off a little, or the wire is not making connection. check the connections.

yellow led is stage 1.

You may have your multiplier off. If I remember correctly it's divide by 2.

The yellow is also coming on. The problem is with the WOT switch. It seems that the controller is not recognizing it even after trying to adjust the controller, and there is a good connection. Any one else had this problem? Or should I just use the TPS?

Eric,
We did not have the controller set to "The Trigger Switch will enable this Stage", which would seem to be the setting we need.
