Can a relay go bad?
Can a relay go bad on a nitrous system? b/c on the bottle heater 3 pegs are getting voltage but on the nitrous relay only the one comming directly from the battery is getting voltage- the switch was turned on- the arm switch was getting voltage-

i tested the voltage going to the arm switch, from arm switch to WOT switch, and voltage from battery to relay..... Would there only be voltage going to the relay on the WOT switch side if the Switch is activated?
does it sound like mine is blown?

Go at it methodically, get out your wiring diagram (or draw
one that represents reality) and measure voltages at each
point in the chain looking for which elements have a drop
across them. Remembering that ground is a voltage too,
and relays need both source and sink for the coil to work.

okay so i went through everything as far as voltage checks out but i cant figure out how to check the voltage to the noids- it has to be run through the window switch and grounded- but i went to do a couple test runs and i didnt have any nitrous left...... so tommorow i will update-
