Default Nitrous newb (already searched)

Sum it up as easy as possible.

I'd like to spray a 100 shot. Not sure if I should go wet or dry. Dry seems safest but then I'm looking at new injectors and fuel pump from what I understand. My mods are in sig and my only other upgrade will (possibly) be a set of heads in the future.
I want a simple, no brainer type setup and don't plan on spraying in 1st because of traction concerns (running a 17" ET street, late 1.6x 60 ft times).

What will i need, different searches give me different lists of items. Confuses me and I'm a little intimidated about taking a chance with n20.

All feedback welcome. (mods in sig)

wet vs dry being safe seems to be a big opinion thing...

Either way I would recommend a fuel pump upgrade. If you do go dry chances are you'll need an injector upgrade too, especially with doing heads. Wet or dry you'll need a colder set of plugs (TR6s) and I would suggest a window switch. Look into getting a bottle heater too, chances are you'll need one with a wet kit and if you go with a dry kit it will help out too.

I would go dry. You can hit it right out of the hole and the power will pull in slower than the wet kit would. This will help traction. Just make sure and not purge your kit as the purging will make the power come on quicker. Simple, clean and cheap!

I hate to throw another openion in the fire here but I will.LOL

In your post you said you wanted something simple/ no brainer..

With that said I would say a wet system would be the way to go.
You will be able to spray a 150 to 175 size shot with out upgradeing injectors to support the fuel delivery. Also you will not need to know any tuning tricks for the computerside. You can adjust the air fuel by changing out the fuel jet. and can pull the timing with a timing tuner.

My opinion is go dry. your injectors are the small ones anyway, so your likely putting them at limit anyway. Wet or dry get a fuel pump. One thing to remember is, adding injectors and a dry kit is about the same as a wet kit price wise, and you'll save even more by not needing a timing tuner with dry. Also, dry is safer by design, and supported by the facts. I would be spraying that bad boy outa the hole. With ET streets, you should get better 60'ers, as I get 1.5x's on drag radials with a 100 dry outa the hole. I do have mine set-up to hit softer and thus the multi stage. I invite you to check out our PRO Dry kit, the best on the market and a fair price. We also have wet and cheaper dry kits that may suit your needs. If I can help in any way let me know.

That right there is why I decided to go wet.

Pesonally I'd recommend a new fuel pump with either setup. I know you said you don't plan on it, but further mods down the road might force you into new injectors anyways, so I wouldn't discount a dry system just because of the injector upgrade.
