FPSS problems-
I have the NOS FPSS and it said it came stock set- to 35psi well i put it in tonight and as soon as i punch it nothing so i check out the FPSS and with the car on check the voltage through the FPSS, no voltage on the side of the solenoids, so WTF gives, my stock Fuel pressure is 60psi and i supposedly have it set to 35psi so how can i adjust it plz
To be honest, I'd just lose it. Mine never worked right and a lot of other people had similar problems. Now, to answer you question...there is a rubber cap on one side, pull the cap out and adjust the screw underneath. You'll have to experiment as I can't remember which way is which.

The easiest way to adjust it is simply to disconnect the switch then set your DVM to read Ohms. Read across the switch with the meter, with the car idling, screw out on the adjustment screw until you see a closed condition or around zero Ohms. Then back the screw off slightly more. As received, people have found they could be set anywhere, and its rare that they are actually set corrrectly.
For your info I have set these switches with an ISO certified presure calibration apparatus only to find the switches will turn on and off under vibration. Not to mention the fact this switch has a deadband of like 10-15psi.... Pretty worthless in my opinion.
