need to find "ignition on" Im hooking up a nos5177 kit and need to find out where to tap into an "ignition on" wire.
Can you tell me exactly where, or pics if you got?

Usually any of the pink wires are 12v switched source, so you could tap into one of those (might want to double check with a multi meter). The only thing to be careful of is that you don't overload the circuit.
