Default Does your NX bottle opener get stuck?

What it says. Most times Mine wont open. I can hear the motor tryin, but cant get it open, like it doesent have enough torque. Then after 20 trys, it works, and then the bottle is stuck open!
WTF???

Aside from the clutch adjustment, is the motor housing seated all the way? How's the valve itself. NX has great tech support.

Make sure the valve is open when the opener is installed.

For those who don't know...gently pry the protective cover off...take the appropriate sized wrench...12mm? don't recall...clockwise turns will tighten the clutch. The other thing is before you start is to be certain the opener is seated all the way down on the nut that actually turns the valve so that it engages the motor's gear assy and does not strip it out. Reinstall the cover.

NO problems here, the clutch adjustment should help though
