Default NOS and My tranny?

i have a stock automatic tranny, and i can get a good deal on zex wet kit for my car. Will the tranny hold up for awhile. I was thinking that i would run a 75shot just to be safe. Is there any fuel mods i need to do to be safe. I was also reading that if you have tuner you should not tune you motor with it is that true, and what step colder plugs do you need to run for a shot like this?

New fuel pump because I'm sure eventually you'll want to go bigger than a 75 shot. Also NGK plugs gapped @ around 35. If you get a window switch and set it to cut off about 200 rpms before your shift points you shouldn't have to worry about spraying through the shifts and your tranny might holsd up longer.
