Default Single stage fjo or dual stage

I am going to use the edelbrock singleplane intake on my 408 and was wanting to run a plate system. I was wondering if I should get the twin gemini plate system and use the fjo progressive setup. Or nx has a dual stage kit I could run the first stage off the tree and run a simple delay timer on the second stage. I will be spraying anywhere in the 200-350shot total. I heard that progresive systems are hard on solenoids. I am not sure what I should do? Thanks

To complicate matters even more the FJO can be used as a dual stage
progressive driver.

your choice...you could safely do either or. The progressive single will be cheaper. And with some good noids I wouldnt worry too much.

But the dual stage for your purpose would work as well. If you had the cash i would go dual stage...and then play with the controller. Once you have both set of noids wired you can change between dual stage on/off and dual stage progressive in about 30 seconds with the program. See which one you feel better about.
