Default what will this piston be able to take

I have Diamond part #11502. This is there street strip piston, I cant find what material it is made of but its either 2618 or 4032 aluminum. I think its 4032 but am not for certain. Top ring is down .250". What size nitrous shot before problems with the integrity of the piston becomes a problem? Is 250 safe?

I would think a 250 would be fine.

But its best to call Diamond direct.

Im sure the pistons are good for a good dose.Your tune up is what kills the pistons.

why not....I have done and seen plenty of stock pistons run at 600+ rwhp with close to 300 shots. Unless you were saying a 600 shot...in which case....your absolutely right...lol.
