how to get the NX hand wheel off?

i have a NX bottle opener and the first step is to take the hand wheel off? it says to use a 1/2" wrench, but i dont even see where a 1/2" wrench can go anywhere.
by the way i have the newer 45deg bottle.

never mind the cap just came off to reveal the 1/2" nut.
damn i love it when i can answer my own questions two minutes later.........
