Coolant recovery tank... I need to get another tank for my pcv. I think I'm just going to make one out of pipe.

I think it's the summit one... That got thrown into the deal with the battery box for 10.00. I think I remember him saying it was from summit... Or it might have been a be cool one.

Will do...I don't think he'll mind too much about the hijack though since it's got mostly pictures relating to his topic... Might give some ideas anyways. I'll hit you up sometime and post up a video of the car here in a couple weeks hopefully...

No problem on the hijack , but back on subject, here's where I'll be mouting it (cut-out area):

Not quite the standard 4th gen location though. With the shorter cell I listed on page 1, I should have plenty of room to mount the pump and filter under the tank, then the put the regulator on the firewall.

I think I'm going to go ahead and get the 6 x 6 x 6 and see how it looks. If all goes well, I'll get a 2nd one for the other side for the alky injection tank.

Thanks again for the replys.

One US gallon = 231 cubic inches. 6^3 = 216.

Thanks for the figures, that looks close enough to work then, and still get at least 2 passes before refilling.

I think that the posted Summit measurements are estimation though, and the actual cell will be slightly larger. I've got an opaque jazz 1 gallon cell that I was originally planning on using for the alky injection. It's advertised as 6 x 6 x12, but it's less than 6" around the strapps/brackets, and is not quite 11 inches deep. Also comparing the top of my Jazz cell against the top of the alum cell in the pic, it looks like the alum cell is a bit wider (based on the distance from the cap area to the edge of the cell - and assuming the caps are the same size)

Definelty nice to have the room under the hood and the room to work - that was a major deciding factor, when I bought the 68 and parted the 93

I ran a two stage 150/150 setup in the 93 with one stage hidden (only advertised a 100 shot. The 68 is tubbed, cagged, and has a tilt glass front end - not a sleeper in any way, so I'm not really bothering to hide anything this time.

Since you're running a seperate fuel system for the nitrous, have you considered using methanol or 50/50 methanol gas as a fuel?

I'm planning to try the 50/50, because it's less corrosive and doesn't need to be flushed as often. E85 is an option, but you can't get it in Cal.

I havent really thought about it. I'm going to see how it works with race gas first. If that does OK - then I'll probably leave it alone.
