Do yourself a huge favor and get TR-6's before you spray again. A couple of bucks worth of spark plugs can save you from a gigantic problem in the future.

when you pulled the lines off to see it spray, which side of the solenoid did you take off? the solenoid itself could be clogged or not working 100% correctly. you just have to work your way from the bottle up to the plate where it sprays, and test everything you can think of.

I pulled them off after the solenoid, where they connect to the nozzles, and they sprayed like crazy when i hit the micro switch.

I'd go back and recheck those jets one more time. Make sure the smaller jet is on the fuel side.

Checked multiple times, jets are correct. I'm gonna weigh the bottle and that'll tell me how much was even being sprayed, because I had about 5 passes.

sometimes odd things happen like a solenoid that doesn't open far enough or a siphon tube that falls off into the bottle.
