Default Hole in nitrous line!

Well i just got my new hsw kit installed and i have a very small leak in main braided feed line from the bottle, must have poked it on something sharp. But the braids arent cut ,must have punctured the rubber inside....is there anyway to fix this with out havign to buy and re-run a whole new line because of one tiny hole?

Yeah you can replace the tubing on the inside if you have all the tools, fittings, parts, and some patience. Most people just buy a new line though. Most people.

Where is it leaking from? An end or in the middle of the hose?

Its leaking about a foot back of one end...... the braided mesh isnt discolored or cut in anyway.... i guess it could have gotten poked by something small. Could a lil bit of 2 part epoxy be drizzled over the mesh in hopes it seals the hose inside, and then rap electrical tape around it for added insurance?

No, epoxy won't hold it, we'll get something figured out. I'll send you another PM later today.

You will need a new line. Sounds like you need a better ground on the solenoids. Any arc will cause a small pin hole in the main line. Also make sure the braided line is not touching or near any metal surfaces or sharp edges. If so....tape those areas. It doesn't take much of a hole to cause a leak with 900psi.
