I have 2 questions. Where is the filter on a NOS 5177 kit? Forgive my ignorance, I bought the kit used.
Also, is it wise to get a secondary in-line nitrous filter? Thanks, Pete.

there is a screen in the nitrous inlet side of your noid. its always best to get an inline filter as i hear people get thiers clogged with paint and rust that transfers over when they get filled.

also, if u have a filter, make sure that u know which way u install it. wouldn't want to trap a bunch of contaminates, then accidently flip the filter and send all that to ur noids

This is what every Nitrous user should have at a minimum I swear. You know how many times ppl say, my car is surging/launches and then drops off when spraying etc...and after they us troubleshooting most dont update saying what the problem was? I contribute that to the ones who find crap in the solenoids clogging them up, and dont want to be embarrassed about posting something so simple.
