Well I have never heard of a 750hp carb. I think you meant a 750cfm.

On the nitrous, what are your internals like?? Need a little more specific info to get the correct anwsers to your question.

What size motor?
What brand internals??

You say its puttin down 385 now stock, thats no LS1, so still you need to list exactly what type of motor & rotating assembly before anyone will be able to help.

ok, so its NOT stock. it is cammed & has bolt-ons. This makes more sense. Thats the info I was tryin to get. It will depend on what type of system you go with, wet or dry. I personally wouldn't spray over a 125 shot on a stock block, but thats just me. Also how often are you gonna spray, cause this will determine what all parts you need to upgrade to handle the abuse & torque spikes.

Don't know much about fogger kits, so I'm out on that one. I know my buddy has been sprayin a dry 125 shot on his totally stock internal 99' Z-28 for quit a while now. Just make sure its not gonna lean out & be careful of the stock rod bolts breakin since you will be cammed & juiced.

I'd start off with a 200 shot single stage and use the MSD to manage your launch.
I'd seriously consider using a stand-alone fuel system to feed the direct port fogger so you can use the race gas only when needed.

edit: I'd also use a race type of sparkplug for that like an Autolite AR472
