I hate spiders too, but that's still pretty bad ***! Just wondering though, why wouldn't you use black lines to go from the distribution block to the nozzles? (and a red hour glass somewhere......)

I love the way the new solenoids open up all kins of new windows and idea's!

Great job!

Hopefully I can get the new parts in and get mine running again so I can finally make a N2O pass!

Dave...Can you plumb one to sit Underneath a Vic Jr, with the legs bending up and into the 8 sharks? If you can, that would definately be the touch off with the plate or bar as a back up. If not, then I might have to stick THE PLAN I already talked with you about. Damn nice...LSArachnidX

Nice Dave, where do you find the time?. Myself I like getting away from the blue/red stuff also. That's why I have been doing polished SS fittings/nuts, a little tricker look, imo.

Thanks guys.
Ill try to answer everyone here.

Algws6,
Yes this will fit on a vette.

Somebody09.
We were going to have that doen from the paint guy. However Dylan had called in and wanted it just like it was. So Chris sold it to him before I was able to get it over to the paint shop. (We have a nother special build in place at this time. We will see what we end up with on it)

Cat3. If you are talking about under the intake its self there is not enough room.

Robert..
I have to be honest. I have great help... With us put together we come up with some sick ideas and the right talent to make it happen. We are a great team.. Time is deffintly hard for us to come by. All custom work like this is done after hours.

It left today with the 100 hp jets in it. Make sure you double check the jetts please..... I was very busy and multi tasking when I put them in.

Might need to make some adjustments for the next one... Not sure if you guys tested this on an actual car but clearance was non-existent...

This:

led to this:

which led to this:

Which all came after dropping the engine/k-member to get it in there... It will NOT go in without the engine being dropped and even then we were 1 to 2 inches to long in the solenoid department (hence having to make a "relief" in the cowl).

Might want to move those solenoids a little further towards the front of the car on the next one...

My camera died before we got it in there... Had to install, un-install, re-install about five times untill we finally got all the stock components (hoses, wires, etc...) extended to make it around/through the "legs"... SO I didn't get to snap a pic of the finished product...

I'm sure Dylan will post some, our friend Jason snapped some...

Looks REALLY SICK (in a good way) installed and really does look like a Black Widow... That paint job (webs) would have looked AWESOME!!!

Anyways, quit giving Dylan new ideas, his one day nitrous install is going on four now...

Never said it was garbage... it's friggin sick looking (in a good way) and you can't beat direct port... just giving a little feedback on the prototype in case it goes into development...

Thanks for the feedback. WE did not try it on a car. No time to actually do that with the number of these intakes we put out. It is difficult to make sure they fit exact with out a car. I can see running into a fitment problem from time to time. This is our second one this year. But with the number of custom intakes we have done this year Ill take those odds.

I would like to see some finished picks when done. I guess on the next one we better pull the unit forward some.

Im happy that you guys knew how to make the changes needed to make it fit. Thats the fun part of after market performance.lol

Thanks for the compliments.
You guys get that install finshed and post it in our customer section of our website.

All we're waiting on is one fuel line and it'll be done ! It's amazing how much it does look a like spider when looking at it from the front (as opposed from a top view) because the two red wires coming off the front solenoid even look like fangs !!!

Dropping the engine is not a big deal, just loosened the 6 bolts... but yeah, 2 inches forward on the solenoids would solve the problem ! That would help with cowl clearance and a couple of hardlines that are having problems around the crank case breather hoses...

Man I wish he would have waited on the painted intake, that is going to look SICK !!!! Especiall if you can paint it as iff the web is being spun...

If it was a GTO (where you can see the back) you could have it purge straight out the spider's rear

Anyways, you guys should make the adjustments and produce it, it's a great looking piece!
