Hey guys..this is the info on the DSS shortblock i am lookin at for my 02 GT..
i was wondering if this would hold up to the kenne bell at 14 psi and a 125 or 150shot? ..im guessing it will have the stock heads for now..
Block: NEW production 4.6 block, ARP main studs, and new metric oil galley and freeze plugs are installed.
Crank: Production cast crankshaft, prepped and balanced to racing tolerances.
Rods: DSS polished forged I-beams with ARP hardware.
Pistons: DSS forged Pro-X Series, available in low compression Max Quench.
Rings: Severe duty Speed-Pro moly rings, perfect for high boost or nitrous levels.
Bearings: Tri-metal main and rod bearings.
Assembly: All Pro MODular™ 4.6 short blocks are hand assembled by a professional engine builder. Clearances are checked with precision dial bore gages and micrometers (much more accurate than plasti-gage). Our precision in-house machining, assembly, and component selection are all keys to high horsepower modular longevity

That is not really true. It does magnify a bit, but much less on blower setups than turbo setups.
