Default Fuel 'noid rebuild steps

I was looking threw the forum and such and wondering if anyone has made a fuel soliniod step by step rebuild, specially since the ethinal delema. I know most of you all have been saying it's easy to just take off the nut on top and the whole thing comes apart. but i was wonderin if anyone has tooken pictures and written steps on how to do the whole rebuild. i'll be happy to host the pictures (or if someone's brave enough, video) for as long as the internet lives. (have to have a website to host things up now, so i'm keeping it for ever now) but anyways thanks in advance

The nut comes off the top and releases the coil. You then need a solenoid wrench to take off the stem and get to the plunger, plunger spring, and o-ring seal. Once you have it apart, everything is very self-explanatory.

Actually you don't need a solenoid wrench, but it is a little easier with one. You can double nut the tower using the nut from both the N2O & fuel solenoid to break the base apart. Using a vise makes it a lot easer too.

1. Take nut off top.
2. Slide coil off tower.
3. Remove tower with solenoid tool or do like me and place base in vice and use small screwdriver to turn tower and unscrew from base.
4. Remove and replace spring and plunger.
5. Put it all back together.

It is really simple and takes like 5 minutes.

I take mine apart after every 5 bottles, or 3months just to make sure all is well, and not swell, and clean! Nitrous filters...get 'em they work wonders. Shoots, I am sweating it since I just shipped two bottles in my household goods, and I have another I need to ship UPS/FedEx back to the mainland for my move (I guess Matson really doesnt like having a Bottle mounted in a car while its on their boat ). All of them will have to be disassembled, cleaned, vacuumed and then filled, bummer.
