3 passes, 4th pass is a gamble if it is gonna run out during the pass and it won't be as strong so i usually just get it re-filled after 3.

I still dont know how long it last spraying, but I can tell how long it takes to empty a 10lb bottle, I had to change a gauge and a blowdown tube and it lasted over 5 mins all the way open

Three full power 1/4mile runs. On the 4th run, even though I have the pressure at the same 1000psi, I always lose a couple of tenths and 2 mph. So I usually change the bottle after 3 passes.

Thats why I run 2 10 lb bottles. One to get were I am going and the other to get back to the refill station.
