Install time
basic hand tools are all you need, and installing it doesnt take very long maybe a couple hours messing around, its wiring that will tkae a long time, it added 3 hours on my car working my *** of with a friend, getting the wires for the switches is a bitch!
Yes, all you need is basic tools. Took me and a buddy about half a day to do a good clean install, with the wiring taking most of that time, niether of us had prior experiance with nitrous systems.
took me like two days to do the wiring and hard ware install but i did not know any thing about nitrous when i got my kit so i had to learn as i was going. just general tools and you will be good.

The supposedly have just about everything in one box that they say as needing only three wire's to hook up. Their literature estimate's an install time of something needing only a few hour's.
