which plugs and gap

what plugs and what gap should i use for a 200 to 250 shot. not sure which jets i will go with depends on the numbers it makes on the 200 jets.

I used TR6's gapped at 31/32 on both of those shots, probably could go to the next colder plug for the 250 shot. I was also using VP Performance Unleaded for fuel, 99 motor octane.
