Big shots anyone?
i have seen guys blow **** up with a 75 dry on a stock car, and i have seen cars spray 300 threw stock short block and even threw 10 bolts!
its all in the setup.
me personaly, i get scared with plate kits ect above 150. we have looked into it and from what i can tell the way the ls intake is, its easy to find lean spots.
a carb style is diferant, but im a fan of the dp setups if possable. plate for smaller shots.
id say 200 threw stock parts will be ok if you run good fuel, and your tune is ok.
all the above are my opinions, and my beliefs. i have done what i do, and it seems to work, so im passing that on. just dont want to get my head bit off for giving my opinion

Thanks! I think I'm going to stick with 150 shot till I get my cars bottom end built up. I'm goign to get a tune so that will be for the best, and I don't plan on spraying anything till I get it tuned.

The Best V8 Stories One Small Block at Time
The car spun on the hit she got out of it (my wife) got back in and it hooked carried the wheels well pass the 60ft traps so i would say the 60 was closer to a 1.50 but it normaly cuts low 1.30's so we know it has a 5.8?? in it but had nitrous problems on the 2nd pass so we called it a night and havent ran it sense, I have just finished the 225's so we will be tunning on it this wed. so i figure all bugs should be worked outfor friday night and will will turn on the 400 then.
Car is a Dialy Driver at 3680 race weight all times where run a 93 octain with 116 in the stand alone, its a 12.04.1 383 small bore, was 5.3 hand ported heads now are 225 dart hand ported, 248/254 622/613 on a 115lsa, 90mm intake and TB, Pacesetter headers, 2 stage wet, 4l60e trans

full suspention, betweek bmr extreem duty tq arm and tube sub frames to custom built ESP lower control arms, sway bar, phr ect ect. hals front and rear.
