Default Before and after...

Ok guys we have been playing with painting intakes for a cleaner and more custom look.

Tell me what you think.
This is Nitrous Charlies LS6 intake that has been smoothed, primered, painted and cleared. All custom paint jobs include flex agent.

Before.

After,
Painted NBM

More pics to come.
Dave

How much will it cost for me to get a paint job like that? My intake has no nitrous stuff on it btw.

I'd also like valve covers painted.

Have you guys sanded the logos off and painted a FAST 90 yet?

If not - want to?

That looks outstanding, Dave.

Joey,
Yes sir. I should be posting some pictures of a dual stage on a fast 90 that we shaved, filled in the neck and painted NBM.

It belongs to Steve at Performance Turbo Motorsports.

Its a sweet looking set up. Probley my favorite so far..

hmm. I can understand white possibly changing colors due to the heat. But You would think taht it would be the same as everything else as long as you are using good materials. Why did the white change yellow?

the heat did it, and it was the same stuff i have used on my last 3 intakes.

it wasnt yellow, but it did change the tint of white to get to a yellow tint. just didnt hold the gloss white.
