What does spraying through converter feel like?
Well, I am not sure on what you mean, but nitrous will change the way a converter feels.
Lets say you have a 3200 converter. Footbrake(before the tires start to spin) may be 2000 or so but under WOT it will flash to 3200 or so before the car lunges forward.
Next add a 150 shot coming in at 2500-3000. When that kicks in the converter may flash to much higher making it feel like you have a MUCH looser converter.(Also another reason why N20 cars 60' better along with all that extra POWA!)
You can also choose to spray through your shifts or not.
Hope this helped!

But what about if you blow through the powerband? Does it hit the rev limiter or does it surge or what? I think mine is flahing all the way to 6200 on the spray. Hardly picking up any ET.

Spraying through the converter to me is when you hear , see and feel the rpms go up and sit there , then the car starts to slowly catch up to the rpms.
I got a bad converter and at a 50 mph roll i would put the car into 2nd gear/3500 rpms and stabb it , the converter instantly flashes to 5500 but the car dosnt realy go anywhere but will slowly catch up to the rpms on the tachometer then pull hard till the car shifts .
The rpm's just sit there in one place untill the car finaly gains momentium .
