Default "Tune" car with jets?

With a wet shot is it possible to "tune" the a/f with the fuel jet (larger fuel jet then nitrous)?

You can tune with jets and bottle pressure both.

Sure, not a thing in the world wrong with it. I have done so for years as I am sure many others have as well.

You can tune it on a dyno or with one of the wide bands on the market .

I put a PLX wide band in my car and have saved myself tons of money on nitrous tuning .

In the summer the car will run rich and in the winter the car runs lean
and you can adjust acordingly .

Sounds good to me, I'm tuned to 13.2 right now so if I start off with a 100 shot should I spray the jet for a 125 on the fuel side?

Pretty much all companies that make nitrous kits set up their jets on the rich side so stick to 100 shot jets in both n2o/fuel to start with.
