Default E.T. Predictions...?

I'll be taking my car back to the track this coming wednesday or friday, weathering permitting. Its our local 1/8th mile track but I plan on a quarter trip as soon as I have some extra time. Best I've managed so far was a 8.30@95 on all stock suspension and some crappy street tires.

I'll be on the same nitrous setup (150 shot) that I was on before, but I've added some LCA's, BMR torque arm, and I'll be on E.T. Streets. Should have a new clutch in by then too. Car is a M6 and made 478 on a Mustang on the nitrous setup.

Whats ya predictions?

Thats what I was thinking. I know the MPH is there, its just a matter of getting it down on the track. Thats what the E.T.'s are for.

I agree, low 7's. But I see high 6 potential if you beat on it judging by your hp, unless your car is a fat pig that is!

7.30-7.40 range so long as you can shift, get it out of the hole and not break anything in the rear. Good luck to ya bro!!!

I was thinking that in a perfect world the power is there for a high 6, but I dont think I'll see them. My car is at a stock weight right now so I'm thinking I'll be somewhere in the 7.3-7.4 range as mentioned. Track conditions will play a big role too and the local track isn't known for its well prepped surface on TnT nights.

I'll post up the results when I get them.

Well, I made it out last night. Track conditions were "okay" but not anything horrible. Humidity was like 90 percent and the dew point was at like 79 so needless to say weather could have been MUCH better.

Anyway car went 7.50's around 94 on a 100. I went wednesday to get some test passes with the new mods and the clutch stuck to the floor so I put a new one in thursday and went out racing on it last night It was a little tough to get into gear for me as I just wasnt used to the new clutch yet. Im sure the times will come down some and the MPH will go up with a little more breakin on the new clutch. I'll be on a 150 when I go back as well.

Anyway, slips looked something like this.

R.: .0703
60': 1.6818
330: 4.9478
594: 7.0680
1/8: 7.5579
mph: 93.63

Most passes were in the 7.60 area and the mph went from 91ish at the begining of the night to a 94.2 @ best towards the end. Under the condtions, im happy with the results.
