change plugs for a 100 shot?

Yes the stock tuning will be ok.
Again, you do not need to change your plugs. If you want to go through all of the hassle and play it extra safe then do it.
Myself among many others have run 150 or less on a completely stock LT/LS motor with no fuel/ignition changes and had no complications whatsoever.
I'm not alone in this thinking as there are several nitrous kit manufacturers that advertise there product this way.
