first of all, my dad has a nitrous kit with 2 20 pound full that hes had for probably 20 years. now i just bought a nitrous kit and im thinking of filling the bottle with one of his.

my question is, does nitrous go bad? or will it last? maybe its not the best idea in the world, but its free, so i may try it...

 

Ive never heard of it going bad. Ive used 2 year old nitrous and it worked fine. Just to be sure call you local nitrous filling shop. You never know.

 

Id just be worried about stuff thats in it-
I'd use a filter in line and Id probably try it-
when did they start using sulpher... there may be better uses for it if its medical grade-
