Default Spark plug question

I have a 396cid LT1, 12.2:1 CR
the car currently has NGK TR6 plugs installed, Are they cold enough for a 150 shot.

Yes. You could go one colder, but I dont think you'll see any gain in performance, maybe a better longevity.
