Is there a 160 or 170 shot jet?

Basically I have a stock bottom end, but if I run straight race gas...can I run higher then 150?

Depends on your tune. I've run 175 and 220 on pump gas and there are plenty of ppl runnning 200 stock bottom with pump gas, just got to have the tune dialed in. And yes, there is such thing as 160 jets etc...depending on who you converse with. Take the 150jets, plus 2 on each jet size and that should put you ballpark.
