Best way to determine is to see what it runs on motor only first. I'd guess if it ran very loww 11's or high 10's a 175 - 200 would get you very low 10's.

hell my 383ci motor in a 3600lbs Vert runs 10.5's NA in HOT HOT HOT weather...I know it will run 10.39's in cool weather...thats all motor and driving it to the track.....I would benture to guess a 150hp is all you will need...as long as you know how to drive and good suspension and hook!

175 in my set up ran a 10.29 at 136 with a broke converter! 4000 is too much converter to use nitrous...get it down to a 3600.
