Default could use a bit of help...

i finally ran the car on the bottle this past weekend. i have issues.

car was surging through 3rd and 4th gear. i have an nos progressive controller, and an nos pro shot fogger.

it was almost as if the system was turning off and on in .1 sec intervals, my afr was peaks and valleys on my xfi log. around 1.6 to 11.4 back to 1.5 to 11.3, etc, all the way through 3rd and fourth.

i have a dedicated fuel pump for the nos system. new wot and fps switches as well. still have the window switch.

i am going to check the following:
fuel filter
fuel pump is gettinga new 12v line from the battery, it was not wired that way before, Abortion racing engines wired that up before. now Kars Installation is going to wire with a separate relay.
move fpss to after the regulator, can't hurt, never been an issue, but going to do it properly.
pull fittings with screens on the solenoids and check for debris
pull n2o filter check for crap in there as well.

what is the best way to verify my low pressure aeromotive pump is working properly? any NX related places i nthe detroit area that can check my flow gauge?
even drop off my nx fuel pressure flow gauge to ensure it is working properly.

did i miss anything, any tips are geratly appreciated. i have ten days to my next race. oh, man i have to swap the clutch as soon as i get upgraded linings, i have officially exceeded the limits of my street twin as it stands approximately 850rwhp and 3535 # of metal to move take its toll. time to upgrade, luckily i have a b/n street twin in the basement, just need linings!

tia!

What was the bottle pressure at begining and/or during the run?
Surging can be attributed to: Low Bottle Pressure (runs overly rich then normal etc), dirty filters (more of a gradual overly rich than surging), Overy rich jetting/ PE Table (more steady) or Progressive Control vs Solenoid pulse modulation (some noids just dont like to be pulsed and creates surging issues), FPSS (improperly set or placed, will cut the system on/off IAW the set pressure, try lowering the cutoff pressure a little or ditch the POS), FPR cant keep up, but since your running a dedicated you have to check two of these GL and please post back your findings.

Did you notice a drop in voltage during those passes?
