Default Fuel system for 2 stage Dry/Wet?

I'm going to be running a dual stage dry/wet.On the dry side which i will be spraying 100-120hp for the first stage and on the wet side 100-150 hp for the 2nd stage.Car is a M6 Hot Cam,Header car makes 353/365 on the motor.

42# injectors
Walbro Intake
Hot Wire Kit

Will this be enough fuel.I will also be running VP 104 for gas when spraying both stages

I think it's going to be close and a deffinate no go with a 120/150. With my set up, running a wet/dry 225 (crank rated) and a Walbro, I was loosing 8-10psi off the line and recovery was real slow. After I added the hotwire kit and voltage blaster it seemed better doing street passes but I'm still not totally satisfied with it.

However, I do jet the car on the rich side (according to some), and running 93/104 mix I never hurt anything running the walbro alone at the track. I'd give it a shot with a 100/150. Worst you'll do is hurt it.

Get a return and reg at the rails, this will cure your supply issues, if ya have any. watching a fuel pressure gauge is the best method to see the shape of your system, or log for a/f and watch for going lean at high demand area. You may or may not be allright.

Without a return regulated style setup, or a dedicated fuel cell for the wet I think you'll lose a lot of $ building another engine and fuel system. Bad thing to tap off the rail, more so when running dry / wet combo. GL.

I think at the very least you'll have to do a regulator and return, and chances are a boost a pump too to maintain fuel pressure. All of the 2 stages we have been doing latley have been using a stand alone on the wet stage, costs are around the same once you add in the BAP, regulator & fittings/hose vs the stand alone route.

How long(#runs?) does the tank on the stand alone fuel cell kit you sell last on something around 100 wet shot? I was going to just run a 2nd wet stage off the rail with my dry, but that sounds like not a good idea the more I read. And nothing wrong with 110 fuel being used instead I suppose.

Quite a few, on a 200 shot around 7 or 8 until topping it off, playing it safe (keeping the top of the pump submerged).

We also now have a stand alone system, and no moving or relocating anything. Also, we carry fuel accumulators.

Is that a fuel solenoid included in the kit in the picture on the store page?

Robert, where does that cell mount, and will you sell the cell alone? I take it that their is no kind of foam set up in it.

That's the fuel regulator in the pic. At the link above is another pic with all items included and a good descript.

Yes, the cell can be had by itself, at about half price, it's not on the site yet. I have an install pic I am trying to find to show install location.

Went to the dyno yesterday and sprayed 235rwhp shot. Using the same system that BTLFEDss has (walbro, svo 42's, hot wire) and the addition of return and reg at the rails, no issues at all. Absolutely no lean spike with a 170 1st stg hitting, I mean, none, nodda, zilch. Also, no leaning out at highest demand, actually it was getting richer as approaching redline, and was rich all the way through run after 2nd stage hit. So, in conclusion, it works and I will be posting a new thread today with dyno sheet and full info on my new system.
