I wouldn't run more than a 400 shot dry, you might max out the injectors....I could say run a 300 shot dry, stock pump and injectors should be fine...then maybe a wet shot of 200 or so in 3rd gear. Dont forget to take out some timing, maybe 2-3 degrees.

Dont listen to this guy please!!! Stock injectors on a 300 shot? I dont think stock injectors/ pump would be safe on a 402 CI motor alone. Maybe this guy should think about suicide.

Dont take it the wrong way but it would be better to kill yourself than waist the lives of others reading this nonsense.

Depends on the build of the engine (off the shelf pistons vs. custom N2O pistons, cam profile and so on). Who ever is doing the motor assembly should be able to tell you what size shot it can go to.

as matt said above that question shouldn't even be asked here. if you have a motor built the engine builder should be the one to tell you. And if you built it yourself you've researched enough to know what it would take.

As said before it depends on the motor , how it was built what it was built for but on any stock 8 cyl motor it's generally wise to push it past 125-150 unless you REALLY know what you are doing or how the motor has been built and the fuel capabilities of your setup
